On March 22 AFA will be hosting their Annual Awards Banquet for Tournament competitors.
All members of the team should have received notification in the mail. A few of us went last
year and it was actually a fun time, so we're trying to get the team together for one last
hurrah. Please see Mrs. Hallaway for details.

Also, we have ONE tournament scheduled for this year. On April 19 we will be attending the
Connecticut Shoreline Karate Championship at the Branford High School. I am still deciding
who will be invited to this event as the level of competition is a great deal higher than the
AFA circuit as those who attended last year can attest to. That being said, if you are
interested, please let us know and we can evaluate as we go, but we need to know quickly in
order to dedicate some time to this.
