Fee: $50.00

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the test. Please arrive in FULL
uniform worn properly, ie; no rips, undershirts tucked in and pants and sleeves hemmed
to proper lengths. Please arrive ready to test and to work hard.

All test fees are due NO LATER than August 1st.
As belts, boards and certificates need to be ordered and processed we can accept NO
LATE PAYMENTS for testing.

Students
Remember, testing is a privilege, NOT a right. Just because your name appears on this
list does NOT mean it can't come off. Most of you have specific tasks to work on and
your appearance and passing of this test is dependant upon you making those required
to technique, attitude, effort, behavior or attendance.
